They are lightweight, robust and fully insulated for year-round use. There are two standard widths with a range of useful optional extras to work really well for whatever use you put them to.
The 'box' is made of standard timber studs & boards, designed to be put together with regular (but careful) carpentry skills. Both the materials and labour are readily available nearly everywhere, so they can be built on or near the site without having to transport anything very far.
