The prices shown below are for the standard two models, including delivery within 50 miles of our base in Shropshire. If you think they're too high, then you probably need to go elsewhere, or read on to be persuaded. Or, we can talk about alternatives to up-front purchase - leasing for example. And we have some scope for discounts if you're nice to us and/or we like you.
The costs derive from the materials, plus labour to put them together, plus the detailed design to make MorphPODs last for 30 years (plus) with minimal maintenance. And to allow them to be changed if your circumstances change.
Whether you have one to use as a private space or let several out for recurrent income, it makes sense to have something that lasts long and weathers gracefully.

Variables:
These prices assume good access to bring the MorphPOD to the site and put it down or assemble it close to the delivery vehicle, . MorphPODs sit on sound and level paving slabs on a pad of sand & cement on ballast, which it is best if you arrange to our details. Otherwise we can do that on arrival, which will add a bit to the costs.
If the MorphPOD is to go a distance away from the delivery vehicle, there will be additional costs because it takes us longer, but we keep these costs reasonable, and will tell you in advance what they will be.
Options:
For things like extra windows, a different door or specific floor covering, we will give you options and price in advance accordingly. For a standard veranda, the cost is going to be something like £850-950, depending on the width of it. You can see what sort of options are available here.
